Our Promise
Every ALIFE AIR owner deserves fast, reliable charging. This policy ensures fair access for everyone.
Charge & Go
Move your vehicle once charging is complete. 5-minute grace period. After that, idle fees apply.
Be Considerate
During busy hours, charge to 80% and move on. Others may be waiting.
Personal Use Only
Our stations are for ALIFE AIR owners. No commercial or fleet charging without prior agreement.
Congestion Fees
When station is 70%+ occupied and your battery is above 80%, congestion fees may apply. Check app for live status.
Violation? We may limit or block charging access. We prefer education over punishment. First offense = warning.

Your Account
One account per person. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
App & Services
Use our app for its intended purpose. No reverse engineering. No unauthorized access attempts.
Payments
All prices shown include applicable taxes. Payment due upon purchase. Refund policy applies.
Maintenance
Services may pause for updates. We'll notify you in advance when possible.
Disputes: We follow Singapore law. Let's solve problems together first before legal action.

Recall & Safety

How We Handle Recalls
- 1 Identify: We monitor all vehicles for potential issues.
- 2 Notify: Direct contact via app, email, and SMS.
- 3 Fix: Free repair at authorized service center or OTA update.
- 4 Confirm: We verify the fix is complete.
